You will enter the upstairs through an outside staircase which makes it easier to carry luggage upstairs should you need to. * Full Covered porch to watch the amazing sunsets. * Dining Area with up to 6 person table * Living area with Television, Amazon Fire Stick and DVD player, * Indoor spiral stairs to use at night, or outdoor stairs for luggage and groceries.

Lanai UPSTAIRS
Both floors have full screened in lanai's to watch the unbelievable sunsets at night or just sit and relax during the day. Have breakfast on the lanai in the morning listening to the waves lap the shorelines. Both lanai's have lounge chairs and both have tables to seat 4.
Lanai downstairs
Each lanai has seating and dining overlooking the sandy beach front waters of the caribbean sea. Listen to the fish as they eat their dinners while you enjoy the scenery of aquamarine turquoise waters and sunsets that take your breath away. Or just relax with one of our books or meditate.

Imagine waking up on this therapeutic mattress king size bed to the aquamarine turquoise waters gently lapping on the sandy beach front shores, perhaps watching an osprey glide down for his early morning fish breakfast. Each master bedroom has a full walk-in closet and full bathroom attached.
The feeling of being on a cruise ship during calm waters is what you will feel as you wake from this therapeutic mattress bed as your bedroom overlooks the aquamarine waters of the caribbean sea.
DINING FOR 6
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The dining table seats 4, and also pulls out to accommodate up to 6 people. Or opt to dine on the lanai on the screened in patio which is what most people prefer to do.
Stop at the Salt Pond docks around 4pm to pick up your fresh fish or lobster from the fishing boats as they come in for the night and take your fresh finds back to our fully equipped kitchen to cook up your meal.
BATHROOMS
YOUR ENTRY TO PARADISE
Each floor has one full bathroom off their respective master bedrooms with a shower, sink and toilet. Chances are you may opt to use the outdoor shower instead of being indoors. Please note: water is a precious commodity on the island as we only have the rainwater collected in our cistern to live on. So please conserve this precious resource. We have blow dryers and some basic toiletries available.

BEDROOM 3/OFFICE
STAIRS INSIDE AND OUT
The third room can be used as a bedroom or office. This room has a full size bed and a small desk with a chair.
The villa has stairs inside and outside. Large objects should go up the outside stairs as they won’t fit up the round stairs inside. Amazon Fire TV is on the television, DVD’s are in the bookshelf next to the stairs with a wide variety and selection to choose from. Books and games are also available.
